These Terms govern your use of Prompto (the “Service”), including our Android app and website https://prompto.space. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Prompto provides AI-assisted features (text, images). AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; do not rely on them as professional advice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

Minimum age 13 (or local digital consent age).
You’re responsible for your account and activities under it.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

Credits are consumed per feature (e.g., 1 per text, 5 per image unless stated).
One-time packs never expire. Monthly credits renew every 30 days and typically don’t roll over.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments handled by Stripe/PayPal/Google Play; we don’t store card data.
Digital credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; no partial refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

No illegal, harmful, infringing, harassing, or deceptive use.
No attempts to bypass limits, scrape, or abuse third-party APIs.
Don’t upload sensitive personal data you don’t have rights to share.

6. User & Generated Content

You retain ownership of your prompts. You grant us a license to process/host them solely to provide the Service.
Generated outputs may not be unique. You’re responsible for legal compliance in how you use them.
